To register with 15 ifrs, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false information will be suspended and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Age Verification: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on 15 ifrs. We may verify your age at any point during registration using a national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is completed.

The information you will provide at registration includes:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid mobile number
• Email address (optional)
• Current address

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password or login details with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 15 ifrs customer support immediately.

The minimum deposit at 15 ifrs is ৳100 (one hundred BDT) and the minimum withdrawal is ৳300 (three hundred BDT). Deposits are generally credited instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though verification may extend this timeframe.

• Rocket (DBBL) — Supports both deposits and withdrawals

15 ifrs is committed to preventing money laundering. For large withdrawal amounts, we may request additional verification documents — this is done entirely for your security. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

Before placing any bet on 15 ifrs, make sure you have read the specific rules for each event. All bet outcomes on 15 ifrs are determined based on impartial data and are never manipulated in any way.

Bet Cancellation & Void Policy: A bet may be voided or cancelled under any of the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is incomplete or cancelled
• If a technical error is found in the odds calculation
• If the result is changed by a decision of the governing body
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.)

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, depending on the rules of each event, there may be a window to modify your bet before the match begins. For live betting on 15 ifrs, odds can change in real time — the odds at the moment your bet is accepted are final.

General bonus terms applicable to all 15 ifrs offers:

• Each promotion can only be claimed once (unless otherwise stated)
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must first be completed
• Wagering requirements are generally 5 to 20 times the bonus amount

• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using another person's account or selling your account
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds
• Misconduct or threats directed at 15 ifrs staff
• Claiming bonuses under the names of multiple members of the same household

15 ifrs reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason. This action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• In Case of a Terms Violation
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
• Court order or government directive
• At your own request (self-exclusion)

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded; however, bonus balances will not be returned.
